Recipes

Snacks 
Granola
5 C rolled oats • 1 C almonds • 1 C cashews • 1 C peanuts • 1 scoop protein powder 
2 Tbsp coconut oil • 1/2 C agave • 1/4 C brown sugar • 1/2 C dried fruit • 1 tsp vanilla 
Bake all oats and nuts for 5 minutes at 325°
Warm all other ingredients in a saucepan over low heat - do not let boil 
Combine all ingredients and bake for an additional 5 minutes 
If you prefer more of a crunch - lower the heat to 300° and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes or until mixture begins to brown

Peanut Butter Banana
1/2 C water (or fav milk) • 1 banana • 1 Tbsp peanut butter • 1 Tbsp cocoa nibs • 6 almonds • 10-12 ice cubes
Blend for approximately 30-45 seconds or until smooth > enjoy!
